Challenge
A founder and an ops lead reviewed LinkedIn every Monday. Impressions were up. Followers were up. Engagement rate wobbled. Nobody could say whether a post had created a meeting, an intro, or a warmer reply. Content decisions were made on what “felt like it performed.” Pipeline lived in another tool, untouched by the report.
Solution
EKA replaced the vanity stack with a short proof cycle. Each post had a job: reach a named list, start a conversation, or support a live deal. They logged profile visits from target titles, replies, intros, and meetings that mentioned the work. Weekly review was one page. If a format did not move those numbers in a month, it was cut.
Result
They stopped arguing about impressions. Over a quarter they could point to a small set of posts that sat next to actual intros. Two meetings were booked after someone referenced a specific thread. The report got thinner. The team finally had a number they were willing to defend in a board pack.
